About Brian
My name is Brian Ng and I’m a documentary wedding photographer in the San Francisco Bay Area. I’ve always enjoyed creating photographs of the world around me. This simple pleasure turned into a passion for photographing weddings after my own wedding in 2001. Now I’m hooked on documenting couples on their wedding day. It’s an honor to be welcomed as a witness to these special events.
I like sushi and sci fi and, according to Pandora, extensive vamping. I live in the present and dream in action-movie format and, according to my wife, play too much World of Warcraft. I’m a romantic and an optimist and, according to Myers and Briggs, an ISTP.
Like many photographers, I’m not super comfy in front of the camera. I was lucky enough to have a couple of talented photographers at Foundation Workshop 6 make some cool portraits of me while I was there in February:

The one on the left was made by Carter Rose. The one on the right was made by Scott Schoeberl.
